We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated ICU RN to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a generous $20,000 sign-on bonus. Limited experience is needed, making this an excellent opportunity for those who are looking to grow their career in the medical industry. Responsibilities

As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing critical care to our most vulnerable patients. Your duties will include:

• Monitoring patient's condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observing and interpreting patient’s symptoms and communicating them to physicians.
• Collaborating with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Performing standard nursing procedures (e.g., administering medication, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring patient’s condition and response to treatment, etc.).
• Utilizing medical software to record patients' medical records and vital statistics.
• Providing emotional and psychological support when needed to patients and their families.
• Following all safety standards and precautions to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Participating in educational opportunities to stay up-to-date with critical care nursing techniques and standards.

Qualifications

To be successful as an ICU RN, you must have a compassionate nature and excellent interpersonal skills. The following qualifications are also required:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ICU RN, Critical Care Nurse, or in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.
• A patient and friendly personality, with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to provide holistic care to patients.
• Outstanding observation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
