Job Details

What you will be doing:
  • There are two roles available; either field RN managing hospice patients, or a facility / office based hospice RN.
  • Assess and admit hospice patients
  • Create plan of care
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary team
  • Pronouncements

What you need:
  • RN license in NY
  • Hospice, oncology, or palliative experience is required
