Authorization to work in the US
Knowledge of Civil Estimating, regulatory compliance, and cost control processes, as well as 1+ years experience in an estimating role in with projects that include at least some of the following: Sitework and Finish Grading; Demolition & Environmental; Site Utilities; Overlot Grading; Trucking; and/or Recycling
Excellent and grammatically correct written and verbal communication (English), organizational, attention to detail, customer service, and time-management skills, as well as a positive attitude
High school diploma or GED required. BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field or CCP / CEP Certification in lieu of degree preferred but not required.
Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, required. Knowledge of MS Project, View Point, B2W Track and B2W Estimate, and/or AGTEK software preferred but not required.
Local candidates preferred
Ability to do and understand moderate math equations and financial concepts and the ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems,
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, walk, push, pull and lift boxes/items 25 to 30 pounds
