As a Software Development Manager on our team, we are looking for:

• Engineering management experience
• Startup background is highly preferred
• B2B SaaS experience is highly desired
• Experience recruiting for your team
• If you ever had a hand in re-orging the engineering team for the first time or was involved in the process, that would be a plus
• Experience in one of the following industries would be a plus: cannabis, accounting, or supply chain
• You are still willing to code
• React / React.js / Reactjs skills would be ideal
• Elixir / Phoenix experience would be fantastic, but Python, Node.js, Go, Ruby would all be acceptable
• Postgres chops would be a bonus
• Must be ok with the cannabis industry
