We are a small but fast-growing mortgage company located in San Diego, CA. We are looking to add an experienced UW Encompass Trainer to join our origination team.

• Train all new hires in Encompass Basics/101

• Train all new hires in any/all applicable 3rd party systems that integrate with the LOS based upon job title i.e. Credit, AUS, PMI, Mercury, The Work Number, SmartFees, Flood, Fraud, etc...

• Provide support re: above trainings for all new hire’s first 2 weeks at SMP

• Training Materials - modify existing or develop new as necessary to facilitate user understanding and acceptance

• Conduct company wide, department or branch specific trainings re :

1. New functionality / changes in the LOS

2. To address any challenges with the LOS that may be causing salability issues or workflow bottlenecks

• Work with Management Team & LOS Team to identify areas that are causing salability issues, workflow bottlenecks etc......i.e. on an individual level, workflow update, update in Encompass

Qualifications and Education Requirements
3 years UW training experience
2 years performing UW 2nd level reviews
Must have VA/fHA//Conventional UW/Processing Experience
