Job Details

What would you do as a Disbursement Manager?

They must have experience in Texas for the 3-5 years.

Manage a team of employees responsible for the daily disbursement of loan proceeds to payees as listed on the applicable settlement statement, disburses loan proceeds on a timely basis, prepares delivery of loan proceeds to proper location, and resolves disbursement discrepancies with appropriate departments. Continuously review and improve process to become more efficient. Maintain relationships with internal and external customers. Review and resolve items on trial balance and outstanding check reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Think you’re qualified? Here’s what we’re looking for:

3 years of Management experience
Funding/Disbursement/Closing/Escrow experience
If located in TX, must have an active TX Escrow Officer License-or license eligible
License eligible: must pass a credit check & have 2+ years of Escrow experience
Accounting/Business Degree preferred
