Looking for an Platform Engineering Director with a background in Ruby on Rails stack. This role will be about 60/40 management to hands-on responsibilities, managing a team of 5 Engineers. Focused on the B2B platform side of the product line.

• Minimum 10 years experience
• Experience managing a small team of software engineers
• Strong Ruby on Rails skills
• Experience with Golang is a plus
• Able to understand user workflows and translate Product design into sleek interactive experiences
• Experience working with marketing systems like Optimove, XtremePush, or Segment will be a plus
• Experience working with a CRM tool like Salesforce is a plus
• Experience mentoring and teaching lower level Engineers
• AWS background
