• Leading Children's Hospital actively searching for a Director of Nursing, Pediatric CVICU to lead a dynamic team!
• Demonstrated ability to lead a fast-paced unit
• Proven experience improving and enhancing quality outcomes, maintaining compliance with state & federal regulatory boards, managing budgets, maintaining equipment, promoting a strong culture amongst the team

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years progressive leadership/management
• Candidates must have Pediatric ICU / Pediatric CVICU experience
• BSN Required
• Master's or enrolled in Master's program preferred
• ACLS, BLS, PALS Certified
• Active TX RN License
