Is your background a fit? Apply if you have the following...

• BA/BS Degree from a 4-year accredited University
• 3 - 5 years' of experience in maintenance and facilities management with a Residential Property Management group
• EPA Certified with 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge in OSHA and experience leading safety meetings and training sessions
• Ability to lead projects across many different projects in coordination with our property maintenance technicians and staff
• 1 - 3 years of experience with the latest version of Yardi
• Ability to manage Yardi Inspections mobile app

Please note: moderate travel for this position is required to the office daily and to various sites across our local portfolio in Long Beach and some parts of Orange County.
