You will work with marketing team leadership to coordinate and support marketing driven project work to ensure projects are completed on time and on task. Job Details

Your Responsibilities
Support the marketing department across a broad range of marketing and demand generation initiatives.
Supports system-wide marketing, advertising, digital channel, and communication strategies to attract and retain prospects and build brand awareness.
Support lead generation efforts, lead disbursement, tracking and conversion reporting and predictive lead scoring.
Develop SEO/SEM strategies using best practices and track and report on success metrics
Manage ad strategy and setup of all paid campaigns within the attract and capture marketing funnel stages
Manage regular reporting on campaign performance
Project management and facilitation
Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the on-time completion of projects and tasks
Provide reporting and analysis as related to marketing efforts and results versus KPI goals
Support marketing leadership
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
2-4 years of experience executing marketing campaigns and tactical project plan deliverables
Strong experience with SEO research tools and analytics platforms (Google Search Console, Keyword research and Ranking tools, others)
Demonstrable experience in handling SEO/SEM strategies and an array of additional inbound marketing tactics to drive acquisition
Proven ability to work with large data sets to provide meaningful analysis and insights
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Wrike, Adobe CC, SEM Rush, Google Analytics, or other similar tools
Shows initiative, is a problem solver, and a team player
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Self-starter. Able to learn quickly, prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Works well on a team in open office environment and self-motivated
B2B SaaS marketing experience a plus
Bilingual in Spanish a strong advantage, but not required
