We are actively recruiting for an experienced corporate restructuring to join our client's headquarter offices in New York office. Our client is a leading AmLaw200 corporate firm with a strong reputation and significant opportunity for career enhancement.

The partners are seeking attorneys who have a high-level of proficiency in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings on behalf of company-side clients. Interested attorneys should have recent experience representing distressed companies, boards of directors, owners, creditors, lenders and investors on financial recapitalizations, business reorganizations, acquisitions and liquidations and possess strong academic credentials from a top law school (transcripts will be requested). Incoming associates will also be apart of an enhanced mentorship program that provides resources for professional development and continuing legal education.
