The partners are seeking attorneys who have proficiency in general corporate finance, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and UCC experience. Interested attorneys should have recent experience working in a banking, finance or general corporate practice group and possess strong academic credentials from a top law school (transcripts will be requested). Incoming associates will also be apart of an enhanced mentorship program that provides resources for professional development and continuing legal education.
