Our team has been remote since 2018 and we are looking to add CONVENTIONAL UNDERWRITERS to our team!

• Underwrites a minimum number of loans per day based on goals set with manager
• Maintains current guidelines for each investor and product type
• Attends underwriting meetings
• Reviews loan files with Underwriting Manager that do not meet program guidelines
• Participates in assignments/projects as necessary
• Assists in training and mentoring Jr. staff
• Responsible for complying with the various rules, regulations, policies and ethical standards governing the financial services industry including compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.
