Job Details

Requirements:
♦ Solid five year of senior accountant experience
♦ Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance
♦ Pharma experience a must
♦ Able to travel to other offices – Tallahassee-Long Island, NY-Orlando, FL
♦ In office position- Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for setting accounting policies with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the company
  • Oversight or preparation & delivery of monthly Income Statements for multiple companies Business Operations, Balance Sheet, Budget vs. Actual, Cash Flow Report & other reports
  • General Ledger account debits, credits, journal entries and reconciliation functions (monthly)
  • Coordinates with CEO on cash controls
  • Responsible for accounts receivable and Invoice functions for all company groups
  • Responsible for equity reporting, tax and EBITDA Distributions (quarterly) for all company groups
  • Responsible for check and ACH debit payments to customers and vendors (daily) for all company groups
  • Responsible for All Groups’ Bank Reconciliations(monthly) for multiple companies
  • Responsible for Sales tax return (monthly) for all company groups
  • Responsible for preparation of Budget for all company groups (annual)
  • Primary contact for outside CPA firms performing tax services and auditing services
  • Evaluation and accounting notes to supplement financial reports
  • Participate in Cash Management with CEO
  • Manage monthly preparation of PRxO Generic check run and associated 1099’s required for year-end

  • Prepares companies for annual Financial Audit throughout the year and actively participates with audit firm to respond to all inquiries
