Overall, you will be responsible for cost control, reporting, forecasting, contract financial reporting, subcontractor management and compliance, change order management and risk analysis - reporting to the Controller.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction accounting.
• Experience with WIP reporting and GAAP would be a bonus
• Proficiency using Construction Software similar to Sage 300, Textura, Viewpoint, Procore, Timberline or other Accounting Software
• A solid can-do attitude, passion for accounting sourcery, and a willingness to learn and GROW into an Assistant Controller
