We are actively recruiting for an experienced capital markets attorney to join our client's offices in Palo Alto or Los Angeles. Our client is a leading AmLaw200 corporate firm with a strong reputation and significant opportunity for career enhancement.
The partners are seeking attorneys who have a high-level of proficiency in capital markets and securities transactions, including IPOs, high yield and investment grade debt, public and private equity offerings and other general corporate and securities matters. The incoming attorney will have significant opportunity to lead high-profile transactions across the full spectrum of equity and debt capital markets as well as traditional capital markets transactions (IPOs, SPACS, block trades, high-yield debt, investments, convertible debt, etc.) Onboarding associates will also be apart of an enhanced mentorship program that provides resources for professional development and continuing legal education. This role has significant client facing responsibilities that will allow you to build relationships with a diverse mix of public and private companies.
