Job Details

These are Center-based positions and home-based positions with a ton of growth opportunity!

Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p; we also have a 4-day work week option at 10-hour days
Standard case load: approximately 28 direct care hours per week, supervision of Behavior Technician on cases is 10% (not based on number of children but a focus on hours and supervision of their BTs). On average, 10-12 clients.

Salary: Negotiable plus a monthly bonus plan

Requirements:
  • Work with all ages (early development up to teens)
  • There is a lot of growth opportunity (different type of BCBA roles) – senior BCBA, Assistant Directors/leadership
  • A passion to help children with ASD and their families live their best lives
  • Integrity to always do what’s right for the individual child and their family
  • Ability to hold yourself to the highest standards of quality in everything you do
  • The ability to be transparent, accessible, and as innovative as you can working as a Behavior Analyst
  • Master's degree and BCBA certification (if not licensed in state, that’s ok)
  • Open to recent grads who already have a scheduled test date to get certified
  • Must have clinical experience
  • We will NOT consider candidates who still need supervision hours or candidates who DON’T have test date set
