Our client is actively seeking a Banking Compliance Specialist. This person will be responsible for developing compliance requirements and ensuring standards are in place and consistently maintained. Additionally, assists other areas of the bank in obtaining, tracking, and communicating product compliance information, and may serve as a subject matter expert on project teams.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
CRCM Certification preferred.
Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills, strategic thinking and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Strong system and process analysis skills of bank products, services and systems.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of Federal and State laws, regulations, and requirements as applicable.
