A bit about us:

We are actively recruiting for an experienced plaintiff personal injury and mass tort attorney to join our client's growing firm in San Francisco. This is an exciting career opportunity with a well respected mid-sized regional law firm that maintains a busy litigation and trial practice representing plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of practice areas including commercial litigation, consumer protection class actions, product liability, employment law, personal injury, intellectual property, whistleblower law, securities and public entity litigation amongst many others.

The partners are seeking an attorney with at minimum 3 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury and mass tort cases. The incoming attorney will have the opportunity to work directly with a partner whose recent representative matters and victories include multimillion dollar derivative and consumer class action claims against national and international companies. This role requires a strong detail oriented research, case analysis and legal writing skillset. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in law and motion and an ability to work in a fast-paced team culture. Job Details

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury or mass tort matters in California.
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to California State Bar.
  • Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills. Ability to draft various pre/post trial motions (i.e. motions for summary
judgement, demurrers, motions to strike, discovery motions, etc.)
  • Exceptional legal research skills and awareness of current events/developments in Federal and California law.
