Director Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU):
(Full-time, Perm, Days)

• The Director of CVICU will be an RN with BSN Degree and 5+ years experience in Cardiac ICU or related clinical units.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a fast-paced unit
• Proven experience improving and enhancing quality outcomes, maintaining compliance with state & federal regulatory boards, managing budgets, maintaining equipment, promoting a strong culture amongst the team

Qualifications:

• Immediate need for an experienced Nurse Leader with solid CARDIAC ICU, CVICU, CARDIOVASCULAR ICU, CARDIOTHORACIC or related clinical experience to join a leading Heart Hospital & Trauma Center
• BSN Degree required
• MSN Degree (or enrolled in Master's)
• Prefer 3+ years progressive Management/Leadership experience
• ACLS, BLS
• Active TX RN License
