Job Details
Is your background a fit? We are looking for…
* Active Top Secret Clearance (able to pass SCI within 3 months of onboarding)
* 5+ years of experience installing and troubleshooting complex A/V room systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 2013 and newer, as well as Windows 7
* Able to travel to locations for installation and/or troubleshooting systems as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
* Crestron certifications or CTS/CTS-I certifications
What will you be doing?
* Travel to locations to install and troubleshoot A/V solutions
* Provide Tier 3/4 device installation and troubleshooting support focused on all enterprise-integrated A/V capabilities on all enterprise enclaves
* Schedule and/or coordinate with Audio Video Support Center (AVSC), support in running A/V room systems, troubleshooting, and break/fix of room systems
* Troubleshoot PC issues consisting of but not limited to audio & video connections
