Is your background a fit? We are looking for…
Bachelor's in Business or similar plus:
- 8+ years’ experience in customer-facing leadership roles
- Experience w/ Pre and Post Install of SaaS or Hardware Products
- Experience implementing tech products such as SaaS or IoT Hardware
- Hands on experience w/ Customer Support of SaaS or Hardware products
- Startup experience (Working or have worked for a Startup)
- Experience w/ customer facing interaction and customer service
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, including issue tracking and crisis management.
