Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wire Bond Technician to join our fast-paced engineering team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an incredible opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the assembly and development of semiconductor devices and will work closely with our team of highly skilled engineers. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in wire bond, wire bonding, and PCB assembly.

Responsibilities:

As a Wire Bond Technician, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Operate and maintain wire bond equipment to ensure the highest level of efficiency and productivity.
2. Perform wire bonding on semiconductor devices using both manual and automatic equipment.
3. Assist in the assembly of PCBs and RF devices.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to wire bonding.
5. Implement and follow strict quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of accuracy and precision in all tasks.
6. Document all work processes and maintain accurate records of all wire bond operations.
7. Train and mentor junior technicians on wire bond operations and best practices.
8. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new wire bond techniques and processes.
9. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Wire Bond Technician role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Wire Bond Technician or in a similar role.
2. Proven experience with wire bond, wire bonding, and PCB assembly.
3. Experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in the assembly of RF devices.
4. Strong technical skills, including the ability to operate and maintain wire bond equipment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex wire bond issues.
6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
9. A degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
