Job Details:
We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Welders (Levels I, II, III) to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your welding knowledge and expertise to help our clients achieve their project goals. As a Welder, you will be responsible for providing hands-on assistance to our clients on a variety of welding processes and techniques. Your role will be critical in ensuring the successful completion of our clients' projects, and your contribution will directly impact the quality and efficiency of their operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality workmanship on a range of welding processes, including MIG (SMAW) Welding, TIG (GTAW) Welding, and/or Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW).
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding-related issues.
• Perform hands-on welding tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and provide appropriate welding solutions.
• Use tools such as angle grinders, calipers, rulers, etc. to align and perform tasks efficiently.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead)
• Ensure compliance with ASME standards in all welding activities.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving welding operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a welding role, preferably able to work with various types of metals.
• Proficiency in a range of welding techniques, including MIG (SMAW), TIG (GTAW), and/or Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW).
• Solid understanding of ASME standards and their application in welding operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience using electrical or manual tools (angle grinders, saws, squares, calipers, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
• Commitment to safety and adherence to best practices in all welding activities.
• Professional Certification (AWS welding certificate) will be a plus
