A leading construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Permanent Structural Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our construction projects, responsible for fabricating and welding structural components. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Structural Welder, you will be expected to perform the following tasks:

• Read, interpret, and execute designs based on blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Utilize a variety of welding techniques, including 3G Fluxcore, to create and repair structures.
• Inspect and assess the structural integrity of existing metal structures, recommending repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate for the position of Permanent Structural Welder will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Structural Welder in the construction industry.
• Demonstrable proficiency in 3G Fluxcore welding and other standard welding techniques.
• Proven experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Professional certification (e.g., an AWS welding certificate) will be a plus.
