Responsibilities:

• Oversee all social media along with other marketing campaigns and tasks
• Create compelling content tailored for technical audiences, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, that highlights the features and benefits of our platform.
• Foster strong relationships with developers, influencers, and other stakeholders within the blockchain community.
• Analyze community engagement metrics and refine strategies to improve outreach and retention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing role at a Web3, crypto, or blockchain company (startup preferred)
• Proven social media management experience
• Experience marketing for Layer 1 or Layer 2 crypto shops, and an understanding of their importance in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns tailored to developer communities.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage events, both virtual and in-person.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Enthusiastic about fostering community growth and passionate about innovation in blockchain technology.
