The ideal candidate will be admitted to the Florida Bar and have at least 8 years of substantial estate planning, trust and probate estate administration experience, as well as some portable business. With more than 260 attorneys in five states, this is the perfect place to grow your practice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school & Florida bar license
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred, but not essential
• 8+ years’ estate planning law practice experience
• Superior research skills, including the use of online services, databases and the Internet
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
