We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of water and wastewater treatment projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and execution. You will work closely with our team of engineers and construction professionals to deliver projects that are of high quality, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

As a Water/Wastewater Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of water and wastewater treatment projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
2. Coordinating with engineers, construction professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and necessary resources.
4. Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
5. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to water and wastewater treatment.
6. Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
7. Preparing and presenting project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in water and wastewater treatment projects.
2. Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
3. A solid understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes and facilities.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
9. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to water and wastewater treatment.
10. Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
