We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Water Resources Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role that will require the successful candidate to apply their extensive knowledge of water resources engineering, stormwater management, and environmental engineering to manage and deliver a variety of projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of exciting projects, including but not limited to, stormwater BMP designs, sediment control, drainage, and hydrology. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of engineers and designers in the design and implementation of water resource projects, whilst liaising with municipalities and following regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver a diverse range of water resource projects from conception to completion.
- Lead a team of engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microstation, and ArcGIS for design and project management.
- Develop and implement stormwater BMP designs, sediment control measures, and drainage and hydrology solutions.
- Collaborate with municipalities, ensuring all projects meet local and national regulations.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Continually evaluate project performance, implementing changes where necessary to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering industry.
- Proven experience with stormwater BMP design, sediment control, drainage, and hydrology.
- Extensive knowledge of water resources engineering and environmental engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microstation, and ArcGIS.
- Experience working with municipalities and a strong understanding of local and national regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
