Warehouse Associate

An industry leading Medical Device company in the greater Charlotte area is looking for a Warehouse Associate as they continue to grow. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for working with the Logistics team and other Spectrum Depts to properly document, track and ship & receive Spectrum inventory and Spectrum Customers’ inventory.

This person will:

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify shipment accuracy
• Stock and organize materials and equipment
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Note and communicate any discrepancies with all inbound and outbound orders
• General warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve organization and workflow.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• High school diploma or G.E.D required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate a hand truck and pallet jack.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and/or FedEx ShipManager highly desired.
• Previous experience with freight shipping (domestic and international) preferred
