THIS IS A HYBRID/ONSITE ROLE IN NASHVILLE, TN -- MUST HAVE STRONG AD AGENCY EXPERIENCE***
Responsibilities:
Lead branding efforts for the agency.
Building/leading a next generation strategy function that infuses creative with breakthrough, brand-, media-, and consumer/client – driven insights across multiple clients
Working intimately with cross-disciplinary leadership team on brand, overall campaign strategy, and global campaign execution
Serve as key strategy leader for new business and scaling/serving agency clients
Stays engaged in the crafting and selling of ideas, always finding ways to make the work better and more impactful to the target audience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
7+ years of relevant work experience in strategic planning for a branding firm, advertising agency or other creatively minded agency
Demonstrated success in building/leading a scaled strategy, planning, and research capability in an agency environment with evidence of breakthrough innovation across these disciplines
A clear and strong communicator who is able to build trust and confidence among clients and colleagues
Evidence of thought-leadership – breakthrough work, published articles, speeches, white papers, etc.
Strategic and holistic view of how diverse insights drive brand platroms and associated downstream, cross-channel campaign executions
Deep understanding of the research methodologies that underpin these insights and demonstrated success in motivating a team to uncover/expand upon them to help motivate outstanding creative
