This exciting role will lead our construction operations, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction operations, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring high-quality work while adhering to strict safety standards. As the VP of Production, you will:

1. Oversee all aspects of our modular assembly and construction operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. MUST BE A MODULAR CONSTRUCTION EXPERT!
2. Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans for production operations, aligning with our company’s overall business objectives.
4. Utilize Lean Construction principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste in our production processes.
5. Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to ensure that our production operations support our company’s overall strategy and goals.
6. Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
7. Ensure that our production operations comply with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements.
8. Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support our company’s growth and success.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the VP of Production role will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the construction industry, with a focus on modular assembly, construction operations, and working closely with manufacturing plans & construction team to oversee modular logistics
2. Proven expertise in Project Management, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
3. Strong knowledge of Lean Construction principles and practices, with a demonstrated ability to apply these principles to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
4. Expertise in off-site construction methods and techniques, with a proven ability to manage and oversee off-site construction operations.
5. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and manage a team of construction professionals.
6. Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for production operations.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
8. A bachelor’s and master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
