VP of Product

We're an established SaaS startup with a Platform fueled by our proprietary AI solution. This ML technology can automate, optimize and revolutionize critical business needs for clients in just about any industry or vertical. The technical versatility our platform is the backbone of why we've been so successful since the inception of our startup 5 short years ago. We're taking this solution to the next level to build innovative Greenfield projects that are fueled by our AI & ML, targeted at a few niche sectors that have clear and undeniable needs for innovation.

The VP of Product is a special visionary that has a rare balance of crafting the right strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute on it. We need someone to lead from the front, inspiring a team that you build (and hand pick), with a founders mentality in a fast-paced environment. You engage with customers, build strong relationships to collaborate both cross-functionally and externally, and are up to date with the latest and greatest technology in the AI or ML space. We want someone that has done this before with a track record of building a product from zero to one.

Responsibilities

• Define the Product Vision: Spearhead the strategy & the discovery phase, craft a clear roadmap for the long-term vision.
• Build the Culture/Experimentation: Establish a culture where we move quickly, & are comfortable making decisions before we have all of the information.
• Prioritization: Make tough decisions about which initiatives to pursue, focusing on those that will have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Build a Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a small, versatile team of product managers, designers, and researchers who can efficiently execute on the product vision.
• Customer Obsession: Drive product decisions based on a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and feedback.
• Prioritize: Ensure that user experience is at the forefront of all decisions, to set our product apart from competitors.
• Technology: Leverage AI and Machine Learning to enhance the product, streamline internal processes, and move faster.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product leadership, with a track record of building products from zero to one in a B2B SaaS startup environments
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing, cross-functional product teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Deep expertise in product strategy, user research, design thinking, and agile methodologies to create products that deliver real value to customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making and a track record of using metrics to measure and optimize product performance.
• Passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies, such as AI and Machine Learning
• Experience in managing products through multiple phases of growth, from early-stage development to scaling and optimization, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
