We are seeking a seasoned and innovative VP of Marketing to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and shape the future of a fast-growing technology company. As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing and communications strategy in a manner that supports consistent business growth and enhances brand equity and awareness. This role requires deep technical knowledge within semiconductor and/or memory, business growth, and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
2. Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
3. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company's CXL Memory products..
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging memory technologies.
5. Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners.
7. Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.
8. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives.
9. Track competitors’ activities and provide valuable insights to the team.
10. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
11. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, etc in a technical field, preferably semiconductor or memory
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
3. Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.).
4. Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
5. Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.).
6. Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM).
7. A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
8. Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
9. Experience with CXL Memory technology and familiarity with industry standards
12. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
