Head of AI

Our technology can automate, optimize, and revolutionize critical business needs for clients in a plethora of verticals. Our platforms versatility has given us the ability to pivot into new niche’s that have clear and undeniable needs for innovation. Our product is evolving, and we need like-minded individuals to help us innovate through this growth phase!

We’re looking for an individual with a keen ability to see the big picture and understand how AI components can interact to create a cohesive, powerful system. This candidate will have an innate ability to tackle intricate problems down to their core, and masterfully navigate the simplest solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO to develop an AI strategy that maximizes the platforms potential
• Lead the development of AI-powered systems by architecting and guiding the implementation of LLMs to process complex data.
• Bridge AI research with practical applications by translating AI research into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions
• Architect self-learning AI systems that continuously learn and improve from their own outputs, and human feedback
• Implement intelligent error detection to flag potential errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies to trigger self-correction processes

Qualifications

• 10 + years of total experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Must have a compelling portfolio of complex, large-scale AI projects, preferably in the B2B space.
• Deep expertise in AI and ML, with an eye for identifying the right technology to implement, whether it’s established or emergent
• Demonstrated ability to architect innovative AI systems that continuously learn from their own outputs, and human feedback,
• Expertise with knowledge graphs, including their construction, validation, and utilization as a foundation for Machine Learning
• PhD or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Systems Engineering, or a relevant field is highly preferred
