Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent VP of Finance & Operational Accounting to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing all financial operations and financial planning for all properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of accounting systems, software, and processes. This is a high-level position that requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how to implement financial structures and processes to support our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations and financial planning for all properties.
• Ensure efficient execution of accounting systems, software, and processes.
• Manage a portfolio of over 300 Million in Revenue.
• Implement checks and balances to maintain financial integrity.
• Lead tax planning, compliance, and reporting initiatives.
• Manage risk and conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Utilize ERP and Great Plains software for financial management.
• Implement financial structures and processes to support company growth.
• Use Profit Sword and other financial tools to optimize financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant certification (such as CPA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry.
• Proven experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, managing multi-state, multi-location financial operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing over 300 Million in Revenue.
• Proficiency in using ERP and Great Plains software.
• Knowledge of Profit Sword or similar financial tools.
• Strong understanding of tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
• Experience in risk management and conducting financial audits.
• Proven ability to implement financial structures and processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
