The Vice President, Systems Architect will report to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for the development and implementation of the overall Technology, Systems, and Architecture strategy. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders to drive innovation, enhance business capabilities, and ensure alignment with the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute technology, systems, and architecture strategy.
• Drive innovation and technological advancement to enhance business capabilities and drive competitive advantage.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture framework aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and enforce standards for architecture design, systems integration, and data management.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions and platforms.
• Work with various departments to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
• Foster collaboration and communication between IT and other functional areas.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT and architecture team.
• Develop talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and strategic partners.
• Evaluate new technology vendors and partnerships.
• Collaborate with procurement and legal teams for compliance.
• Develop and manage the IT and architecture budget.
• Monitor IT spending and performance metrics.
• Provide transparent financial stewardship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on systems architecture and technology strategy.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, systems integration, and data management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, or PMP are a plus.
