We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Permanent Vice President of Operations in the Insurance industry. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to our organization's strategic direction, operational efficiency, and growth. This role is integral to our company's success and is ideal for someone who is passionate about leading teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

As the Vice President of Operations, you will:

1. Develop and implement effective operational strategies that align with our business goals, promoting efficiency and growth.
2. Lead the execution of our go-to-market strategy to ensure we meet our sales targets and expand our customer base.
3. Oversee project management, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
4. Drive continuous improvement in our onboarding process to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
5. Leverage your insurance carrier and agency experience to foster strong relationships with insurance providers, and to ensure our offerings meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
6. Use Power BI and other analytical tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy and execution, and to ensure alignment between our sales and operational strategies.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards, as well as with industry regulations and legislation.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, project management, and sales in the insurance industry.
2. Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies that have successfully met business objectives.
3. Strong expertise in managing the onboarding process and driving its improvement.
4. Extensive experience with insurance carriers and agencies, with a deep understanding of the insurance market and regulatory environment.
5. Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market and sales strategies.
6. Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools.
7. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. A bachelor's degree is required.
