UX Lead

As a Lead UX Designer, you'll play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful B2C/B2B products across all platforms including Mobile Apps, Tablet, and Web.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, delivering solutions for complex, multi-faceted digital products
• Experience in UX Design on Mobile Apps, Tablet, and Web is a must
• Understanding of iGaming/Gambling industry will be a huge plus. At the very least, and understanding of game design and creating proper flows will be necessary.
• Create and maintain experience archetypes, workflows, wireframing, scenarios, profiles, and reports to document and share insights about customer goals, behavior, and preferences
• Work with our designers, product managers, and engineers to help shape our future strategy based on data-backed insights and recommendations.
• Identify user pain points and suggesting measurable actions to address them whilst also helping us achieve business objectives
• Experience with Figma will a plus.
