· We do our best to train and mentor our staff, so if someone resigns, the next best person rises up. This creates an internal farm system which allows people to grow their career and feel inspired. Over 93% of our leadership jobs are filled internally with our existing staff.

Urgent Care Operations Nurse Manager
- Reports to the Systemwide Director
- Looks over 2 Urgent Care north of Atlanta
- Looks over several assistant nurse managers who are in charge of running the day to day operations, scheduling, staffing, etc at each site.
