We are seeking a seasoned Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our respected team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in trust and estate litigation, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully handling complex cases. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent litigation skills, a deep understanding of trust and estate law, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of trust and estate litigation matters, including disputes regarding wills, trusts, conservatorships, guardianships, and fiduciary duties.
Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings, demonstrating strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex legal and emotional issues.
Work collaboratively with our team of attorneys and support staff, contributing to the firm's overall success and maintaining our high standards of client service.
Stay abreast of developments in trust and estate law, ensuring that our firm continues to provide cutting-edge legal representation.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in [State].
