We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trust and Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in trust and estate law, with a focus on planning, administration, and litigation. As a Trust and Estate Attorney you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through complex legal matters related to their wealth, assets, and estates.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough reviews of clients' financial situations and goals to provide tailored trust and estate planning advice.
Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements and client objectives.
Assist clients in the administration of trusts and estates, including probate proceedings, asset distribution, and tax matters.
Provide legal guidance on wealth preservation, business succession planning, and charitable giving strategies.
Represent clients in trust and estate litigation, if necessary, and collaborate with litigation team members.
Stay updated on changes in trust and estate laws and regulations, and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building strategies.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in IL.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Attorney.
Strong knowledge of trust and estate planning, administration, and tax laws.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
