We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust and Estate Attorney with a strong background in business law and a deep understanding of taxation. The ideal candidate will have an LLM or a Master's in Taxation and will play a crucial role in advising our high-net-worth clients on estate planning, trust administration, and related business and tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice on trust and estate planning, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
Advise clients on business succession planning, asset protection strategies, and charitable giving.
Work closely with financial advisors to integrate estate planning with clients' overall financial goals.
Assist clients with the administration of estates and trusts, including probate proceedings and trust administration.
Advise on federal and state tax implications of estate planning and business transactions.
Stay abreast of changes in trust and estate law, tax law, and related areas to provide up-to-date advice to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
LLM in Taxation or a Master's in Taxation is strongly preferred.
Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estate law, with a strong background in business law.
Proficient understanding of federal and state taxation as it relates to estate planning and business transactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal and tax concepts clearly and understandably.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients, colleagues, and external advisors.
