Traveling Superintendent
Projects in these states: KS, CO, NE, IA
Projects include: Restaurants, Churches, Retail, Grocery, Medical Offices, and some Senior Living Facilities
Able to manage up to projects in size from $1mm-$20mm.
5+ Years Commercial Construction experience
Tenant Improvement & Ground Up
Managing, scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare overall job schedules and 3 week look ahead schedules and be able to meet or exceed those schedules.
Actively seek new ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Produce work in the time frames set forth by owners and project managers.
Use diplomacy and tact when dealing with owners, architects and engineers.
Solve challenges and onsite issues with help from design team.
Complete carpentry when needed.
Follow all local, state and OSHA safety rules and regulations mandated.
Follow all procedures set forth by HCI handbook.
Able to communicate with owners and architects.
