This is an on site position at Fort Johnson in Louisiana. Perdiem/travel reimbursement are provided. Two year project starting early this summer, with potential for additional work after!

Responsibilities
· Continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements;
· Make recommendations for improvement as appropriate;
· Review client QC requirements and ensure that quality control documentation for the project meets contractual requirements;
· Review and approve Contractor and sub-contractor quality control documentation to ensure their planned activities meet contractual requirements;
· Understand client needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes;
· Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis;
· Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives;
· Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures requirements.
Requirements
· Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
· Valid CQM-C, EM385-1-1
· Minimum of five years Construction Quality Control project experience for USACE
· Minimum of ten years overall construction experience
· Must be able to pass a Federal background check and all pre-employment requirements
· 1 year experience with RMS
