Job Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Traveling Project Superintendent to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires extensive travel, as you will be responsible for projects across various locations. Your work will span a variety of sectors, including multifamily, hospitality, wood frame, and senior living.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
2. Supervise on-site contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
3. Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities.
4. Perform regular inspections to ensure that the work is proceeding on schedule and meeting the specified standards.
5. Resolve any issues or delays in the project in a timely and effective manner.
6. Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are strictly adhered to on the construction site.
7. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the progress and quality of the project.
8. Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Superintendent.
2. Proven experience in managing construction projects in the multifamily, hospitality, and senior living sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
4. Must have wood frame experience
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
7. Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
