Traveling Healthcare Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our Healthcare Construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing healthcare construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Qualifications:

The successful candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in healthcare construction.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
7. Proficient in construction management software.
8. A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Must have a valid driver’s license.
