Job Details:
Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Traveling Superintendent to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who has a proven track record in the Commercial (restaurant and retail) Construction industry. The Permanent Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects across various locations, ensuring all operations are carried out to the highest quality standards, within budget, and on schedule. This is a full-time position, requiring frequent travel and on-site management.


Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all subcontractors, suppliers, and personnel on construction sites.
• Ensure all construction activities align with project plans, specifications, and design documents.
• Regularly inspect work to verify adherence to construction codes, contract terms, and safety regulations.

Required:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent within the Commercial (restaurant, retail, medical facilities) Construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing multiple construction projects.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ability to travel (most of our projects are in the Midwest and East Coast)
• Experience with ground-up construction for commercial or industrial projects
