Responsibilities:

As a Travel Commercial Superintendent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities for commercial projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinating and supervising the work of all subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
3. Developing and maintaining construction schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Managing all aspects of Tenant Improvements (TI) and renovations, including coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
5. Handling ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.
6. Ensuring compliance with OSHA 30 safety regulations and other relevant construction industry regulations.
7. Traveling to various project sites as required, managing on-site activities, and ensuring successful project execution.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Travel Commercial Superintendent role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
2. Demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors, scheduling, and overseeing commercial construction projects.
3. Proven experience with Tenant Improvements (TI), renovations, and ground-up construction.
4. Solid knowledge of OSHA 30 safety regulations and other relevant construction industry standards.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
6. Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various project sites.
