Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Transfer Pricing Senior who is fluent in Japanese! This is a unique opportunity to leverage your financial acumen, business valuation expertise, and transfer pricing knowledge in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in transfer pricing willing to work directly with our Japanese team overseas!

Responsibilities:

As a Transfer Pricing Senior, you will play a critical role in:

1. Developing and implementing robust transfer pricing models for our global operations.
2. Conducting intangible property analysis and valuations to inform strategic decision-making.
3. Assisting with audit defense, including preparing documentation, responding to queries, and presenting defense strategies.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local and international transfer pricing regulations.
5. Providing expert advice on transfer pricing implications of business decisions and strategies.
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in transfer pricing.
7. Participating in special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

1. Master's Degree (in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, International Business) OR Law Degree OR CPA, CFA Designation, or Business Valuation Certification)
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a global organization.
4. Proven expertise in intangible property analysis and audit defense.
5. Strong knowledge of transfer pricing models and regulations.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Client service mindset, committed to deadlines and supporting a team
8. Japanese language skills required
